Furniture and other large items are shipped via Furniture Delivery. We offer two types of delivery services: Front Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery. All furniture orders will be shipped by default with our Front Door Delivery service, unless the White Glove Delivery option is selected during the Checkout process. All long distance furniture deliveries will be scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Expedited delivery is not an option for Front Door and White Glove Delivery items. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information listed on the order is accurate. Once shipped, any changes in your shipping address will result in additional shipping charges.
Front Door Delivery is the default delivery option for all furniture and large items. Front Door Delivery charge is automatically applied on a per item basis to the order. White Glove Delivery is an optional $100 charge for all furniture items. The one-time charge per order is in addition to Front Door Delivery charge. All White Glove Delivery furniture orders will be shipped complete. For more information, please call us at 1.888.685.3838.
- Front Door Delivery: Includes delivery to the first threshold (front door, curbside, garage, lobby, or loading dock; depending on delivery conditions) and a 4 hour delivery window. Your in-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. On occasion, Front Door Delivery service will be responsible for unpacking, debris removal, and all applicable assembly.
- White Glove Delivery: Includes a two person delivery team that will handle light assembly, debris removal, and the careful placement of furniture (up to 1 flight of stairs). Your in-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 3 to 4 weeks. As a courtesy to our customers, White Glove Delivery includes the removal of all packaging. Please request to keep all of the packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible item.
Local Houston Furniture Delivery
If you live in the Houston area, you are in luck. We charge $129 per trip for local delivery of unlimited furniture items within a 40 mile radius of our Houston store. The delivery charge includes light assembly, debris removal, and the careful placement of furniture in the room of your choice. Additional charges may apply for exceptionally large items (i.e. oversized buffets, armoires, beds, etc. in excess of 300 lbs.), room placement above the 2nd floor, and assembly of Ready-to-Assemble items. As a courtesy to our customers, Local Houston Furniture Delivery includes the removal of all packaging. Please request to keep all of the packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible item.
Disclaimer
We inspect all furniture pieces before shipment. Freight damages on occasion do occur in transit. Please follow the procedures below:
- Inspect your shipment before the driver leaves.
- If you suspect hidden damages, open the box and check the condition of the merchandise.
- If you find damages, please have the driver make note on the freight bill the number of damaged pieces and a detailed description of the nature of the damage.
- Be prepared to provide proof of damages with photographic documentation of the damaged box and merchandise.

- The customer is responsible for determining whether merchandise can be delivered from the delivery truck to the item's final destination. Please be aware of corridors, doorways, elevators, ceiling heights, turning radius, etc. which may cause a delivery problem. If the customer is not home at the time of a furniture delivery, additional shipping charges may be incurred for re-delivery. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs.

Proof of purchase is required and return authorization must be obtained prior to return of shipment. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. 10-Day Return Period
Ten days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on furniture, rugs, lighting, wall art, and mirrors. All merchandise must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included. Furniture and rug returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
With the White Glove Delivery service, the delivery team as a courtesy will remove all debris and packaging. Kindly ask the delivery team to keep all of the packaging if you feel a return might be a possibility. Otherwise, your order will not be eligible for a return without the packaging.
30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on candles, pillows, books, vases, and other packaged accessories. All merchandise must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included.
No Returns or Exchanges
Fabrics, trim, floor model items, clearance items, sale items, delivery fees, or installation fees cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special Order Items (includes furniture, fabrics, rugs, lighting, accessories, etc.)
No returns or exchanges on any special order items that is manufactured just for you. Examples would be custom upholstery furniture, cut yardage, and canvas art made in a specific fabric or size specifically for a customer. Customers have 24 hours from the order date to cancel the order. Thereafter, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns Process

- Please reference your original Order Number.
- If the item is eligible for a return, we will provide a return address to ship back the merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
- We will email you a return shipping label upon request or you can ship the merchandise directly to the company via UPS, USPS, Fedex, or any company that can provide a return tracking number.
- Some large furniture items will most likely require the company to schedule a return pickup via a specialize furniture shipping company.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue the of the returned merchandise, we will issue the refund within 4-5 business days. If the company provided the return shipping label or scheduled the return shipping logistics, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that damages occur in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at 1.888.685.3838. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and all proper refunds will be issued.
