The Bungalow 5 collections are designed and produced by a group of architects and designers who are based in New York City but works on projects throughout the world. Working with in-house cabinetmakers and finishers, the Bungalow 5 team produces unique and stylish pieces often using unusual materials sourced from distant places. While their designs are heavily influenced by both Eastern and Western classical archetypes, they are informed by a modern sensibility to silhouette, material and color, and possess a versatility which allows them to slip as comfortably into a traditional room as a modern loft or sun-room. The hallmark of a Bungalow 5 piece is that it always feels comfortably familiar yet strikingly fresh.
RETURN POLICY
Finding your perfect piece should be easy. If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
A few items can't be returned, including:
Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
Gift cards
Personalized items
Items marked “Non-Returnable”
Items you have already assembled
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
Refund Options
You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
For all items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
