An exercise in technical perfection, Swarovski Strass crystal meets all standards of perfection. It is original, flawless and brilliant, possessing lead oxide in excess of 39%. Made in Austria, each facet is perfectly cut and polished by machine to maintain optical purity and consistency. An invisible coating is applied at the end of the process to make the crystal easier to clean.
All fixtures are recommended to be professionally hung and supported independently of the outlet box. Consult an electrician for guidance to determine the correct hanging procedure.
Some assembly and wiring is required.
Depending on the size & design the assembly can be time consuming, but is well worth the effort.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Once the item has shipped and tracking information is available, we can provide more accurate delivery information. Most shipments arrive within 1-10 business days after leaving the warehouse. For some larger products, you will be contacted by the carrier to make a delivery appointment. 
Other important delivery exceptions:
Rural delivery is available to properties with a physical address.
Bellacor cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.
Bellacor cannot deliver to all countries and some products have restricted delivery areas.
Shipping carriers do not deliver on Christmas, New Years Day or Thanksgiving.

Cancel and Return Policy
Cancellations
Orders for this item may be cancelled prior to processing or shipment. 
To request an order be cancelled contact Customer Care. 
Cancellations are not executed until the company confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. Provided the company confirms an order has been cancelled credit will be issued to the original form of payment. 
The item specific return policy applies to any cancellation request that cannot be executed. 
Returns
This item is eligible for return with no restocking fee; some exceptions apply see below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items eligible for return must be initiated within 30 days from the order delivery date. For orders placed November 1st through December 15th of the current year returns must be initiated by January 31st of the following year or 30 days from the order delivery date, whichever is later. Refunds for returns go to the original form of payment less fees that are item dependent such as shipping and restocking fees. Allow for 10 business days from the receipt of a return for a charge credit. 
Returns must arrive back in original condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories. Items sold in Multiple Quantities must be returned in the minimum multiple quantity they were sold in. 
Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return. 
You can request a Return Authorization by clicking the "Return Request" link for an item in your Order Status page. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization. 
Due to the nature of some types of orders the general return policy will not apply. Some exceptions include:
Open box items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
Orders for 10 or more of the same item are subject to a 25% restocking charge. For large quantity orders it is recommended a sample is ordered first to ensure the item meets requirements.
Items with a dollar value greater than $2,500 are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Orders for items that are not on this website may not be returned. Notification will be provided at the time of ordering if an item is not eligible for return.
Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Refused Delivery
Do not refuse delivery for products that are not damaged. If at the time of delivery product itself appears to be significantly damaged the order may be refused. 
Customers are responsible for all costs driven by a refused delivery for product not damaged. 
Threshold Delivery Service Policy
What is Threshold truck delivery?
Large package items are delivered by truck delivery service. Items will be placed inside the home/threshold. 
Delivery Details
Large package deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. A delivery agent will call to schedule delivery. A responsible party at least 18 years of age must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment. Review the Damaged Merchandise section to understand your damage reporting responsibilities. 
Shipping Restrictions and Exceptions
