The color, or touch and feel of the material isn't quite what you expected? The piece simply doesn't work in your space? We understand that in the real world everything does not always work out the way it is planned. That’s why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program during the first 30 days after delivery of your purchase. Please note, used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned. Some items are eligible for free return shipping.

That’s why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program during the first 30 days after delivery of your purchase. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
If you would like to look at options for exchanging your item, give our design team a call so they can walk you through new selections at 888-968-(9874). We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time to swap out your items.
Upon delivery, please fully inspect your item(s). Although rare, shipping damage can occur on occasion. If you see any damage, please refuse the shipment and immediately contact our support team to notify us. All damage must be reported to the company within 72 hours of delivery.
To return your item, contact us @ chefair@ambiencedecors.com to obtain a RMA number. Please note that all items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Premium delivery services originally purchased with your order are non-refundable. Repackaging and storage fees may be applied.
Freight charge for extra large items $299
Any items returned in less than new condition will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount at the discretion of the company. Damage incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
FINAL SALE AND MADE TO ORDER POLICY
Some products in our collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. All items purchased from our clearance section, floor models, or items designated as final sale are not eligible for return or cancellation. Additionally, any custom orders may not be cancelled after 3 days of order placement and cannot be returned after delivery for any reason other than shipping damage or manufacturer defect.

FREE 2-WAY SHIPPING POLICY (SELECT ITEMS)
For items such as bar stools, dining chairs, and select office chairs and desks, we offer free 2-way shipping. This enables you see our products risk free! We are so sure you will love these items that we will send you prepaid return labels to ship the items back to us within 30 days if you're not completely satisfied.
All other items sent via FedEx not denoted as free 2-way shipping will incur a $15 return fee per box.
Items eligible for free 2-way shipping are denoted as such on their pages. Please note that all items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Any items returned in less than new condition will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount at the discretion of the company.
Please note, items shipped with our White Glove Delivery service are not eligible for free return shipping.
Orders of six or more bar stools and orders of four or more office chairs are not eligible for free return shipping.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The company offers a nontransferable, limited warranty on most items valid for one year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty covers the frame, stitching and any structural defects detected under normal, everyday use.
This warranty does not cover tears, pilling and wrinkling of fabric or leather, fading, shrinking, excessive soiling or any accidental damage. For marble tables, natural fissures present in the stone will not be considered a defect. Accidental damage is defined by any product damage not covered under the manufacturer warranty. All shipping damage must be reported to the company within 72 hours of delivery.
