RETURN POLICY
The color, or touch and feel of the material isn't quite what you expected? The piece simply doesn't work in your space? We understand that in the real world everything does not always work out the way it is planned. That’s why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program during the first 30 days after delivery of your purchase. Please note, used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned. Some items are eligible for free return shipping.
WARRANTY
The company offers a nontransferable, limited warranty on most items valid for one year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty covers the frame, stitching and any structural defects detected under normal, everyday use.
This warranty does not cover tears, pilling and wrinkling of fabric or leather, fading, shrinking, excessive soiling or any accidental damage. For marble tables, natural fissures present in the stone will not be considered a defect. Accidental damage is defined by any product damage not covered under the manufacturer warranty. All shipping damage must be reported to the company within 72 hours of delivery.
SHIPPING METHOD
Small items are typically shipped UPS Ground. Larger items that require pallets are shipped using one of our many nationwide carriers.
Flat Rate Ground Shipping
Larger items
- Sent via a delivery truck (usually on a pallet) with a contracted carrier
- The carrier will call to schedule a drop off time with you
- Flat Rate Ground Shipping is delivered to the "first area of safety" on your property, meaning a porch, under an awning, in your driveway, etc. You'll need to move the package into your residence yourself.
- Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx, so you may require the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery
- Although your items are delivered via flat rate ground shipping, please be sure to inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign accepting the goods.
- If you are in an office building or apartment, please consider room of choice or white glove service levels
ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY $99 Room of Choice option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside, and place them in the room of your choosing.

Many large or fragile items will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. White glove is our top tier of service level and is considered a turn-key experience.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED? Unfortunately no matter how well we package items, damages sometimes do occur during shipping. Rest assured, we will make it right for you.
There are a few important things to note regarding damaged merchandise:
- No matter what type of delivery, you have the right to inspect your items prior to accepting them
- The document you sign at time of delivery is extremely important.
- Reviewing the condition of the packaging materials is extremely important
- When you sign for delivery, even if the outer package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Boxes Damaged."
- Speed is key. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within two days of receipt. We usually have a 48 hour window to file freight claims with our carriers.
- Pictures speak a thousand words. Please include digital photos of the damaged packaging and items.
- If the package looks severely damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
WHAT IF I LIVE IN THE DALLAS / FORT WORTH AREA?
If you live in the Dallas area, you have the option to either pickup your items at our Dallas warehouse or receive delivery from one our -owned and operated trucks. Please allow us up to two weeks to deliver your items. You will be called by our scheduler typically within 1-5 business days to set up a time that is convenient for you. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please ask your design consultant.
