When Will My Order Arrive?
Our assortment is carefully curated from multiple resources. As a result, product availability and lead times will vary product by product. The displayed availability, shipping times and delivery dates are considered estimates and may change based on your shipping location. On occasion, product may not be available as displayed. If this happens, we will promptly inform you.
Once the item has shipped and tracking information is available, we can provide more accurate delivery information. Most shipments arrive within 1-10 business days after leaving the warehouse. For some larger products, you will be contacted by the carrier to make a delivery appointment.
Other important delivery exceptions:
Rural delivery is available to properties with a physical address.
The driver cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.
The company cannot deliver to all countries and some products have restricted delivery areas.
Shipping carriers do not deliver on Christmas, New Years Day or Thanksgiving.

Cancel and Return Policy
Cancellations
Orders for this item may be cancelled prior to processing or shipment.
To request an order be cancelled contact Customer Care.
Cancellations are not executed until the company confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. Provided the company confirms an order has been cancelled credit will be issued to the original form of payment.


The item specific return policy applies to any cancellation request that cannot be executed.
Returns
This item is eligible for return with no restocking fee; some exceptions apply see below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items eligible for return must be initiated within 30 days from the order delivery date. For orders placed November 1st through December 15th of the current year returns must be initiated by January 31st of the following year or 30 days from the order delivery date, whichever is later. Refunds for returns go to the original form of payment less fees that are item dependent such as shipping and restocking fees. Allow for 10 business days from the receipt of a return for a charge credit.
Returns must arrive back in original condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories. Items sold in Multiple Quantities must be returned in the minimum multiple quantity they were sold in.
Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.

Due to the nature of some types of orders the general return policy will not apply. Some exceptions include:
Open box items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.
Orders for 10 or more of the same item are subject to a 25% restocking charge. For large quantity orders it is recommended a sample is ordered first to ensure the item meets requirements.
Items with a dollar value greater than $2,500 are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Orders for items that are not on our website may not be returned. Notification will be provided at the time of ordering if an item is not eligible for return.
Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Refused Delivery
Do not refuse delivery for products that are not damaged. If at the time of delivery product itself appears to be significantly damaged the order may be refused.
Customers are responsible for all costs driven by a refused delivery for product not damaged.
Small Package Delivery Service Policy
What is small package delivery?
Small package items are delivered by either FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Service.
You won’t need to sign for the package, although occasionally the package won’t be left due to weather conditions or concern for the package’s safety.
