Return Policy
Finding your perfect piece should be easy. If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
A few items can't be returned, including: Items you have already assembled
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- $4.99 shipping charge for orders under $35
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
- Assembly services included with delivery
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
- You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

- When does my coverage start?
Protection plan coverage begins the day your product is purchased. Defect coverage for the product begins the day your manufacturer’s warranty expires.
- Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel your plan for a full refund in the first 30 days, prorated after that. To cancel your plan, contact Ambience Living Decors (not Allstate).
